Quidco is quite easy to use

Always great service at Quidco, i have had a couple of items not pay but that was due to businesses failing. If I've had issues with anything the customer support has always been brilliant. Will continue to use as my No.1 Cashback site.

Quick and easy to use

It wasn’t made clear that cash back wouldn’t be paid until Feb 2023 for a purchase in July 2022 and amount showing is less than advertised. The process on the website to query this is challenging to find. It would have been easier and not much more expensive to purchase direct from the RAC with offers they run themselves. Lesson learnt.

Claimed previously in the past successfully. Recently compared home insurance & purchased using the QUIDCO Home Insurance Compare and hasn’t tracked and won’t let me raise a claim.

Great cashback app!

Over £300 of IHG cashback still outstanding and not paid despite waiting and waiting. Stating your team are chasing is not good enough. If you can’t rely on them to pay they should be removed or you cover it as a company. This is obviously an ongoing issue based on the other reviews about IHG too yet nothing is being done.
